Series IG451 is designed specifically to give glazing contractors an advantage in the hurricane glazing market by using a proven center glaze storefront design that they are familiar with as the basis for a thermally insulated dry glaze hurricane resistant system. The system meets requirements up to Wind Zone 3 (C-impact & D-impact) criteria. The cost effective Series IG451 utilizes 1" laminated impact resistant glass, and requires less metal and glass than conventional HVHZ systems, producing a clear economic advantage.
