Quick Quote
Quick Quote, as the name implies, is a simple tool to estimate for many of the common items in the Price Book, by entering the desired quantity, the five-charater part number and a finish code. The program will help you with the finish code if there are several posiblities available. The description, section, page number and list prices are displayed. Weights of many parts are reported. The pricing multipliers can be set by Product Line.
The "Notes" field is provided for Customer use. Each page has it's own totals as well as the total for all pages used, so several small quotes could have there own totals and also have a grand total.
Remember this is a spreadsheet with macros so you must have Micro-Soft Excel 1997 or newer for it to work. You must also set your MS Excel to allow macros, medium security is suggested.
