Products: Blast Mitigation: BT601 Storefront
The BT601 Thermal Storefront system bridges the gap between blast mitigation and hurricane resistant systems. The system is engineered and tested to perform in accordance with both UFC and Dade County Protocols, allowing the system to be specified for blast mitigation projects located in HVHZ coastal regions. The thermally insulated system features a 2 ½” x 5” profile, a high performance subsill, and is designed to be glazed with 1 5/16” impact resistant insulated glass. Screw spline assembly allows units to be shop fabricated for quicker, easier field installation.
